Terms

The plain-English version

Kitchen Fronts is a trading name of Cut and Spray London. These are the terms for orders placed on this site. They're written to be read.

Made to measure

Every front is cut to the sizes you give us and confirm on the measurement sheet. Once you've signed the sheet off and we've cut, it can't be returned or refunded because it won't fit anyone else's kitchen. If we make something to a size other than the one you confirmed, we remake it free.

Payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout, by card or by bank transfer. Nothing is cut until you confirm your sizes on the measurement sheet. If you cancel before you've confirmed your sizes, you are refunded in full less any samples you've had. Samples are paid for in full and posted for a flat £8; if you add doors to the same order, the normal delivery charge applies instead.

Prices

Prices shown on the site include VAT and are worked out from the list you build. Delivery is added at checkout. The price is fixed when you pay; later changes to your list are priced at the rates on the day.

Colour and finish

We mix to the paint manufacturer's reference. Screen colours are a guide. If colour matters to you, order samples first; on a door order over £1,000, half of what you paid for samples is credited back. Paint colour names belong to the paint makers: we colour-match to them, we aren't connected to them, and a sprayed finish can look slightly different from the same colour brushed on a wall. Real wood veneer is a natural material, so grain and tone vary from one leaf to the next. Sprayed MDF is a painted finish and behaves like one: wipe with a damp cloth, no abrasive cleaners, and keep it away from a steaming kettle or a dishwasher door left open.

Delivery

Kerbside, on a day we agree with you. Check the pieces on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours with a photo. Collection from the workshop is free by appointment.

Fitting

We supply fronts, not fitting. Doors are drilled for standard 35mm clip-on hinges; new hinges are optional. Plinths, pelmets and cornices are supplied in lengths for you to cut. A cornice that runs up to the ceiling is made 20mm deeper than the gap you give us, for your fitter to scribe to the ceiling. A fitting guide comes with every order.

Lists you send us

If you send us a list, a sketch or photos instead of ordering online, we reply with a price. Nothing is ordered until you accept it and confirm your sizes, and we only use what you send to price and make your order.

Your details

We keep your name, contact details and order to make and deliver it, and to help with it afterwards. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We don't sell or share your details.
